Tank Fitting Systems

Jay Wolfe Metalwork’s unique, universal inspection and fitting system simplifies the process of installing your tank.

The fitting system doubles as both inspection hatch cover and standardised pipe connection centre.

For each of the 9 standard sized tanks you can choose a specific fitting system. Each type of fitting system has different pipe connections to tailor the tank to your usage i.e. fuel, fresh water, grey water or black water.

All fitting system covers are manufactured from 316 marine grade stainless steel. The cover bolts into place on top of the fully welded inspection hatch, which together with a nitrile gasket makes a pressure tight seal.

Standard stainless steel tanks with either black water or fuel fitting systems include a declaration of conformity for the appropriate ISO directive
